Rare 120 Steakhouse is located inside the Hard Rock Hotel, is a classy restaurant that allows you to step back in time to the Rat Pack era. The entrance itself is unique – a thick, heavy door completely upholstered in genuine leather. Cigar smoking is encouraged in the dining room. You almost expect Dean Martin to start crooning when the live piano music begins at 6pm (and ends at 10pm). On Saturdays, enjoy a live jazz band from 10pm till midnight.

Built by famous TV chef Emeril Lagasse, Delmonico is located in the Venetian Hotel. The food is excellent, and exactly what you would expect from Emeril. The made-from-scratch breads and pastries melt in your mouth, the steaks are succulent and the desserts superb. The live music floating from the baby grand piano, Delmonico’s rich woods, French doors, and expert lighting complement your meal. Next to the dining room is a cigar lounge and bar.
