Alize Las Vegas

Alize Las Vegas

Located at the top of the Palms hotel, with floor to ceiling windows, diners have a 320-degree view of the valley. Arguably, Alize has the best view of Las Vegas. The view on the inside is one to behold as well. Each table is elegantly set with china, crystal, and handcrafted flower vases and glass candle holders.

Chefs Andre Rochat and Jacques Van Staden hold nothing back in freshness, quality, and flavor either. Each plate is designed to tantalize all your senses. The stuffed and breaded portabello mushrooms, sautéed muscovy duck breast, and the Grand Marnier soufflé are sure bets. Alize also offers special menus for holidays and groups.

If you’re looking for a sophisticated, classy, and sensual restaurant, Alize is it. Therefore, be sure to take a look at Alize’s dress code. The commonly accepted dress code of Las Vegas (casual and/or skimpily clad) isn’t going to fly here. Parents should note that Alize does not provide accommodations for children under 12, nor do they offer a children’s menu.

Top Destinations - Las Vegas

The Palms is the new hotspot for Hollywood celebrities and the party crowd. One of Las Vegas’s coolest club/bars is the Ghostbar. The top celebrity hotspot – Rain dance club is also here. This rooftop bar, located 55 floors above Las Vegas, provides a breathtaking view of the strip and

If you’re going to Vegas with a group or for a party, be sure to check out The Palms. Known for its Vegas-style suites, the Palms pulls out all the stops. Choose between 12 different Fantasy Suites, including the Kingpin Suite (with wall-to-wall plasma TV’s and 2 full-sized bowling lanes), the Crib Suite (hydraulic bed, pool table, and professional DJ equipment), the Playpen Suite (with a wooden dance floor, strobe and techno lighting, and a dancer pole), and the Erotic Suite (large rotating bed with mirrored ceiling and a Show Shower that has a dancer pole and fogged windows).

MTV Real World fans can also stay in the Real World Suite, which is where the 2003 cast lived during the taping of Real World Las Vegas. These suites range from $1,000-$40,000 per night.

The Palms’ Deluxe Guestrooms, (the basic rooms), are nice without the Fantasy Suites’ extravagance. If you are tall, be sure to ask for a room that you will be more comfortable in. Because the owners are big basketball fans, they have created many rooms that cater to the taller person, including modifications such as higher showerheads, longer beds, and taller doors.
