Agave restaurant is located outside of Las Vegas in Summerlin near the Red Rock hotel. Agave opened its doors in late 2004 and boasts of over eighty different tequilas, which you’ll be encouraged to sample. The appetizers are quite tasty, but the entrees are hit-and-miss.
