They recently purchased the 23 million dollar loan on his Neverland Ranch in California and are now discussing with Jackson a variety of repayment options for his $23 million in debt.
One of the best possible scenarios for the aging pop star is to perform in long-term engagement as the resident performer of a Las Vegas show. The source stated that there’s currently no deal solidly in place.
However it was first reported in the Wall Street Journal, which quoted Tom Barrack the CEO of Colony Capital CEO as saying, “we’ve been having discussions with Mr. Jackson about a recapitalization and refinancing of Neverland in addition to various other business opportunities and mutual interests.”
Michael Jackson is currently 49 years old and has been reclusive since a California jury acquitted him in 2005 of child molestation. Since then Jackson has moved from places like Bahrain, Dubai and even Ireland. Michael’s been reported to be currently residing with his three young children in Pahrump, Nevada, located about 60 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Can you use other hotels pools in Las Vegas
May 26, 2008
Can you use other hotels pools in Las Vegas is a question that’s frequently asked by people traveling on a budget. Or in the worst case scenario you’ve booked a travel vacation in a Las Vegas hotel who’s pool is under construction.
In this case it’s smart to know that you can get in to many of the exclusive resort pools in Las Vegas with just the right circumstances.
First off, many times you can slip through off strip hotel pools acting like you belong there. Slipping in behind a family or large group is an easy way to gain access through a locked gate. For the Las Vegas Resort pools it can get a little trickier.
Secondly, money talks, however this may be the reason you haven’t booked in a top notch room to begin with. If you’re met with resistance at the entrance to a pool, you may have to use the old $20 trick to slip through. That is discreetly give the pool attendant a twenty spot and breeze right in.
Third up, sexy sells, if you’re a hot chick or got one with you, you’ve got to flaunt in. Flirting your way will enable you to get in to the best pools in Las Vegas a whole lot easier than anything else.
On many of my trips to Las Vegas pool I’ve been turned away at the gate by the pool attendant. At the Bellagio pool for instance I’ve always been asked for a room key from the lower level lobby. Caesars Palace Pool is another destination that’s hit or miss. I can usually get in by turning on the charm, dressing up and if all else fails dropping some dough.
Overall, it’s not as hard as you think to check out the top pools in Las Vegas. Just take a chance and try. After all the worst that can happen is you get turned away and have to try someplace else.

Lamborghini Reventon in Las Vegas
May 14, 2008
Lamborghini Reventon comes to Las Vegas. The last model for sale of the ultra exclusive Lamborghini Reventons has shown up for sale at the exotic car brand’s dealership in Las Vegas. Reventon’s official sticker price currently hovers around a cool $1.4 million.

With its increased engine output over the Murcielago LP640, the Reventon reveals an impressive amount of horsepower and a radically different look over the LP640.
The jaw-dropping Lamborghini offers a small increase in horsepower over its predecessor by raising the amount from 640hp to 650hp. However, it’s enough to give this beauty the oomph to go from dead stop to 60mph in a mere 3.4 seconds. What really makes this one stand apart is its modern jet-fighter influenced design.
With this Reventon being the last expected, it’s guaranteed to fetch considerable more as the rich and famous clamor to get the last of Lamborghini’s newest cars. Prices for the remaining luxury sports car are expected to exceed $1.8 million dollars and may well go beyond $2 million. Typically higher prices are payed for final edition in a limited run.
This Lamborghini Reventon which carries the 1/20 label should be no different. Currently, 19 of the Lamborghini’s have been sold. With only 20 Reventon’s made in this limited production, along with two special models created for Lamborghini to keep as examples, you can be sure the competition for the last one will be steep.
