   This guy scammed hundreds of people on eBay and has not offered up any refunds. It appears he has shut down his website too. Do not buy anything from him!!!!

   I purchased a nine night voucher to the Four Seasons Maui from Bombdigity Travel online. I am requesting an investigation into the nature of my trip being canceled and no compensation offered, and no refund offered. These were travel certificates that were sold by ” bomdigitytravel” for travel certificates to the Maui Four Seasons. I purchased one for three nights, for $1400 with my VISA and a second one for 3 nts for $659.95 with my Visa card, which has already been refunded by the fraud dept. at VISA CREAIT CARD THROUGH B of A. This claim is for the VISA DEBIT purchase, as the other purchase has been handled by VISA . When I purchased it, I checked the sellers history and feedback and he had 100% positive feedback since 2004, so I felt comfortable buying with him.

   After I payed, he told me to submit some possible dates I would like to travel and then he would check the availability and let me know if those dates were available.
   He said he would send me a confirmation in the mail. I received confirmation from” bomdigitytravel” and he told me the “travel center” would then send me some sort of further confirmation with vouchers within 30-60 days prior to travel. When I did not get anything 30 days prior, (August 5th) and the Four Seasons said they had no record of me being booked, I called Luis to ask what was going on.. He told me all customers booked for travel in were not going to be able to do so and the vendor Mark who was reneging on the package, would compensate us some how. He then told me it was not him who made the error, but a man named Mark Berdysz. I got some offer for a lifetime vacation to Disneyland from him…but this was obviously a fake scam as well, spoof email address and no phone number were ever given. Someone is scamming us, or maybe the two of them are in it together, this is not clear.

   He claims he bought these through a vendor named Mark Berdysz, who is the one not honoring these packages. He told me he is opening a class action against him, but I don’t know who to trust, all I know is I want my money back and no one is honoring the refund they promised in the initial confirmation packet that stated all the terms. I have asked many times for a refund, but they flat out refuse. I will send the chain of emails to you that Luis sent me in regards to his relations with said vender Mark Berdysz.

   This man is a crook and has defrauded hundreds of people!
