The Flamingo Hotel is operated by Harrah’s Entertainment. It was one of the original resorts on the Las Vegas strip and with its distinctive pink neon is sometimes referred to as the pink hotel.The Flamingo was opened in 1946 by Bugsy Siegel who received funding to build the hotel from his variety of his gangster friends.
