Alize Las Vegas

Alize Las Vegas

Located at the top of the Palms hotel, with floor to ceiling windows, diners have a 320-degree view of the valley. Arguably, Alize has the best view of Las Vegas. The view on the inside is one to behold as well. Each table is elegantly set with china, crystal, and handcrafted flower vases and glass candle holders.

Chefs Andre Rochat and Jacques Van Staden hold nothing back in freshness, quality, and flavor either. Each plate is designed to tantalize all your senses. The stuffed and breaded portabello mushrooms, sautéed muscovy duck breast, and the Grand Marnier soufflé are sure bets. Alize also offers special menus for holidays and groups.

If you’re looking for a sophisticated, classy, and sensual restaurant, Alize is it. Therefore, be sure to take a look at Alize’s dress code. The commonly accepted dress code of Las Vegas (casual and/or skimpily clad) isn’t going to fly here. Parents should note that Alize does not provide accommodations for children under 12, nor do they offer a children’s menu.
